Frequently asked questions about family days

"Do I or my family have to be Buddhist to attend?"
Definitely not. People of any religious or non-religious background are welcome to attend. Our only aim is to help children become happier by utilizing practical spiritual tools.

"What age range of children are invited?"
Children of ages are welcome, but the classes are geared for elementary school children.  At about age twelve or thirteen, depending upon the child, the child might be more comfortable in the adult class than in the children's class.

"Do we need to pre-register or sign up?"
No, just drop in.
